my site work without www only

my site (fron page) work without www. only and when i add www.

am getting this page

 

 

 

same thing for the back office work without www and with www am getting this page

 

 

 

any advice??

call your host and have them dns foward the www.yoursite.com to http://yoursite.com

cant be fixed by .htaccess file?

 

how many .htaccess file normaly in site dir?

cause i found more than one in different folders!!

 

 

i erased all of them and created a new one with
