angielyn
Title says it all. I can save a new product, but as soon as I add a zip file (downloadable) I can not save the product or save and return to category it just hangs there as if it's going to save but it never does. Anyone else have this problem???
rocky
Hi angielyn,How big is your file? I've noticed that when I add a downloadable product, I have to wait twice: once after I click Browse and again after I click Save. Did you wait for the same time it took to upload when you clicked Save?
angielyn
No I didn't wait, my file was pretty large. It took about 15 min to upload I wasn't about to wait a half hour to see if it would save. Unfortunately I uninstalled presta shop off my server. But, if anyone ever has this problem in the future maybe this post may help them
prestabase
"Your server's maximum upload file size is: 2M"If your page says that, it may be causing this issue. Try increasing your php max upload with a custom php.ini.
