Urgent - Order not registering on website

Recommended Posts

Hi All

I am very close to launching my shop and my friend has tested my shop by placing an order and the order is not registering as an order on my website? The money was transferred though through Moneybookers and is in the acct. Anyone have an idea of what I might be missing?

Thanks

Hello

I can see him registered as a customer, i can see his delivery address and what he selected in his cart. When I open his cart it says that he has not placed any orders yet?

I am new to this so hopefully I am not missing something obvious.

Many Thanks

Melly P

I thought it may be a permissions issues, but it's not.

I don't know too much about how moneybookers work, but it can really only be a few things.

1) The "Return URL" that is sent to moneybookers is incorrect

2) Their server cannot access yours (firewall issue or blocked IP).

3) Sort error in /modules/moneybookers/validation.php which is not creating the order.

I think I have found the problem. I have verified the secret word and on these notes (http://www.prestashop.com/partner/Activation_Manual_Prestashop_EN.pdf) it says that a few options should come up and they should say:

Page displayed after successful payment - (URL address)

This does not come up on my settings. I have reentered my secret word and it still doesn't come up. Should this be automatically created?

Also I don't get the next option come up until the bottom of the page but all it has in it is my basic site address.

Page displayed after payment cancellation - (URL address)

Any ideas??

The return URL is sent from your within prestashop (/modules/moneybookers/payment.tpl)

Did you ever solve this problem? I have the same issue where customers can purchase, payment is made and I get recognition of a sale but also a payment error suggesting the customer hasn't paid.

Clearly this is not acceptable for the customer as they often try and sometimes do pay twice.

I am on 1.3.7 prestashop and using v1.4 moneybookers as advised via prestashop

Any thoughts?

Hi All,

The problem should be solved with the module available here:

http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways/1747-moneybookers.html

If you are having trouble with order being registered on your shop but payments are made please download this version of the module that was corrected by PrestaShop's Team.

If you are still expenriencing the problem please let me know. I will contact Prestashop and our Moneybookers team to solve it.

Best regards,

Anne-Laure

Hi Anne-Laure,

I am on PS 1.4.4, using MB module 1.6, standard template and keep getting:

1 error(s):

Please double-check your Moneybookers account to make sure you have received the payment (Yours / MB)

The customer receives an error e-mail and the order appears as PAYMENT ERROR in the PS BO.

Could you please intercede to have this issue solved? As I am not the only one, I feel there is a bug floating around.

Thanks.

Regards,

Al

Hi,

I'm using prestashop 1.4.3 and MB 1.6; I have issue with cyrillic alphabet...

Moneybookers module automatically takes client's name, address, ect. from shop, but my client's names, address, ect. are in cyrillic alphabet...and moneybookers do not understand that (after submit button show only ????????????????) and there is no message that the form must be filled in Latin

So, my questions:

1. how to change so do not automatically get names, addresses, etc.

2 . How to put a message in the form of payment that must be filled in Latin

Thanks
