Mikas
Hi, I got this email today, regarding my prestashop site's paypal module: Dear Shop Owner, Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing: http://www.healthy-electronic-cigarettes.co.uk/modules/paypal/ipn.php If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Yours sincerely, PayPal Anyone had this before? Are there any solutions, or this notification function isn't that essential, and my shop can still work without solving this? Thanks in advance, Mikas

oxyweb
You probably won't see orders appearing in the Orders tab but they will appear in your Paypal account.
PurpleEdge
Does anyone know how to resolve this, we have the same problem! I have placed an email notification in validation.php whenever this page gets hit and it is not getting hit from paypal IPN, even though PayPal is indicating the correct path to this file. phil81uk
I read in another post that IPNs are not required for the API to work, and that IPN should be disabled. But it doesn't explain if IPNS should just be disabled in the Paypal account or where exactly? Thanks
