Featured Products not Visible

Hello Prestashoppers,

 

I have an error which I am facing which doesn't allow any product to be visile on my homepage. It always says " No Featured Products ".

 

Whenver I upload my inventory through the Admin Panel using IMPORT functionality I always select the "FEATURE" drop-down and make it 1.

 

But still my products are not visilbe on homepage. Please tell me what is the solution to this.

Try going into Catalogue and edit a product which you want as a featured one. There is a Category Tree where you can check the boxes of each category you want the item to show in. At the top of the tree there is a 'Home' check box. Products with this option selected should show in the home featured.

As Dave mentioned, featured products are those that are assigned to the "home" category (they can also belong to another category).
