lowlight
I have shipping weight ranges set up in 50g increments, with each increment costing $0.80 more than the prior weight. However, as soon as the shipping cart hits 1000g, the shipping defaults to the first weight range! So it only charges the minimum amount.I believe this is a bug, so I am going to submit it to the tracker. But at the same time I want to post it here in case someone has already found a solution. Surely I'm not the only one who ran into this problem!

lowlight
Just to let everyone know, the code can't be used because database changes are required. We'll have to wait for the new version to be released before this gets fixed.
