Freight cost calculation

Hello,

 

I have the following question.

 

We are selling products.

 

Particular products will fit in an envelope in case the quantity ordered is below 50 which will result in cheaper friehgt costs as compared with shipping the same product packed in a box when the quantity is more than 50.

Not considering the weight.

 

How can this be setup on Prestashop version 1.4.4 so Prestaship automatically differentiates between both values?

I think you will find that unless there's a particular module available to do what you want, shipping can only be set up by price or by weight.

Hi Bob,

 

I obviously don't know what your product is but if you could assign weights to them you could get it to work.

 

If each item is .100kg you could have the weight ranges and costs set up like:

 

0kg to 5kg = £xx.xx and 5kg to XX kg = £xx.xx
