Shorten email address sent to customer

Hi

 

I have a very long shop name which i do not want to appear in emails sent to customers.I read a few posts here which help to remove the long name in the subject field of email.So now i have only the message appearing in subject line of email.

 

But i want to remove it in the from field of emails also.Is there a way to just insert text inside the php files?

 

Is it possible to enter some text instead of this {PS_SHOP_NAME} where it seems to get the shop name .

 

Or maybe if anyone can suggest how to add the shop name long version to firefox top window border? Then i can reduce shop name in back office.

EDIT:I found a way around this.I added shop information to BO>preferences>SEO&URL under index.php because i had inserted the long shop name in contact information for seo purpose and didnt know about the seo tab in preferences.
