[SOLVED] Contact form/page missing

I wanted to edit my "contact us" page, and suddenly noticed it's completely missing from the BO CMS editing page. I checked in File Manager, and all the files seem to be present (ContactController.php, contact-form.php, themes/mytheme/contact-form.tpl), but the BO doesn't show the page for editing, so I can't edit it or add it to my menu & footer - anyone know how I can get it back?

It has never been possible to edit the contact -form page through the admin panels. You will have to edit the tpl file directly. Add your text below
