Thank you. I got it now. All files in \modules\mailalerts\mails\sv was empty. I copied files from \modules\mailalerts\mails\en and it should work. Will translate a little bit later. Best regards Lee you need a FTP connection. connect to your FTP account and browse filesystem of your hosting account - open directory where you've got prestashop and then go to /modules/mailalerts/ subdirectory you will see there language subdirectories. yehanny Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi @vekia I have exactly the same issue in mi prestashop 1.6, when users create new orders they receive an email with my logo attached and NO information in the body, this also happens with any email updates from backend panel, did you find a solution for this?
