SRD75
I am using PS v1.4.3 When I try to upload an image in Firefox 5, I select the image file, press Save, and the browser starts the process of uploading the image (and presumably proceeding to the next screen), but nothing else happens. It continues to be in page loading mode, and goes nowhere. The image is only 14K. This issue does not occur in Internet Explorer 8. /img has 755 permissions. /img/tmp has 755 permissions. All other subfolders of /img have 755 permissions. What is wrong? seanloo
Same problem happens to me. The page hang after upload an image. A simple solution is go to: Admin (back office) > Preferences > Products. Then, make sure the settings below meet your picture's requirement - the size in bytes, width and height in pixel. Maximum size of product pictures: (The maximum size of pictures uploadable by customers in Bytes) Product pictures width: (The maximum width of pictures uploadable by customers) Product pictures height: (The maximum height of pictures uploadable by customers) But i dont know why sometimes it is not work. My settings are :- Size = 400000 bytes, Width = 1100, Height = 2000. My original picture meet the requirement, but the page is hang :- Size = 300000 bytes, Width = 1000, Height = 1800. After try and error, finally my edited picture work (smaller size than original):- Size = 250000 bytes, Width = 900, Height = 1700. But never mind, other new uploaded images are working fine now based on this solution. Remark : Also make sure all the folders permission under img/ set to 755.
