LovePrestashop
Good morning all, Search the issue on forum ("There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."), you can found many posts about this issue but I still can NOT solve the problem. I have another shop which is in 1.3 but it works fine. This issue is just for my newly installed 1.4.3 prestashop. This is how I setup my shipping carries. 1. I created a new zone called "Australia Zone", it is for Australia buyer only. 2. I changed Australia to "Australia Zone" at "Countries" tab. 3. I created weight ranges 4. I created a carry called "Australia Post" and its zone is setup to "Australia Zone" 5. I setup the shipping price for each weight ranges. It looks all good (I did this in my old shop 1.3.2 and it works fine). However, it doesn't look good in 1.4.3. I still got this error when I try to checkout "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address." I have attached the screen shots for all my settings, could someone point out what I did wrong? Thank you so much for your kindly help!
Dave L
I think your problem lies in the weight ranges. You have gaps in them even though you may think you have it covered. In you example they should be: 0kg - .125kg .125kg - .250kg .250kg - .375kg .375kg - .500kg .500kg - 3kg Prestashop uses inclusive/exclusive weight ranges. For example from 0kg up to (and including) .125kg, then from (but excluding) .125kg up to (and including) .250kg. From (but excluding).250kg up to (and including).375 etc.

So I think the problem was caused by the newly created Zone "Australia Zone" not the wight ranges. Do you have any idea? thanks
Dave L
This is most likely to be the incorrect zone selection for your carriers, easy to overlook.
