truthia1
Can I create my own header, and replace/integrate it with the current one? If so, how so?
Cronos
Hello Truthia,You can do it, provided you have some knowledge of CSS.The global.css file in your themes folder is the key file.Use firefox and web developer tools to figure out which element refers to which CSS style.Secondly, you can enable/disable the top block modules from the back office.Yes, its pretty easy to do it once you get a hang of it.And hey, a friendly community is always here, if you run into difficulties. We are just a post away.Cheers.. babymojo
Hi Cronos, Do we have to disable the top block modules in order for our header to work?I ask because couldn't we just keep the top block modules and just put them lower in the page?Cheers and thanks! Hi BabyMojo,You can do either, depends on how you want your theme to be.You can disable the top block modules and create an header.Otherwise, you can reposition them from the back office to the left, right or center block depending on where you want them to be.There are quite a lot of possibilities to ponder on.Cheers and good luck..Cronos
