majinkun180
So I tried to backup my website from the BO at least 2 times a month. 2 weeks ago my backup was created without a problem but today I tried to create a backup db from my BO and gave me this error"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log."The only thing I've changed in the last 2 weeks was installing the SEO module that was created from Prestashop. I would figure this would not be the problem. Would this problem be with our hosting provider? Any help would be great since we are looking to upgrade to 1.4.3 soon and I would need the backup. Thank you in advance! Also I've noticed the older files were always saving as ".sql.gz" but the failed backups save as ".sql.bz2" , I have no idea if that makes a difference.
majinkun180
So does anybody have an idea at all? I would submit it to the bug tracker but I can't find the way to submit an v1.3.3 bug only the newer versions. Please help.

Still getting the error "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." Does anybody have any idea. I really need to have my website db backed up.
