Install Template N.33936

Hello,
I'm Italian and I speak very little English.
I installed "PS 1.4.0.17" with the theme "33936" (the theme is only compatible with this version).

The final aspect, however, is not like in the screenshots.
I opened a ticket, but I do not know whether they will respond.

If you communicate my data access host, someone help me?
I think the problem are the modules, but I'm no expert.

It 'the first time I install Prestashop.

It would also be easier if you could post a link to the theme and a screenshot of the result you have.

As you said, you think it may come from the modules you installed. Did you try to stop all of them to see if it fixes the problem ?

I corrected the title.
I have not posted the link because I'm trying a new installation.

For the moment I found a colleague in Italy willing to help.
