cforell
Hello, thanks in advance for all the help I reverence. I recently decided to switch from my eCommerce provider to Prestashop. Before I switched I was selling around $10,000 per month. After I made the move the site quite making money. I have literally sold only $250 worth of product in the past 2 months. I can not figure out what is wrong and why people have quite ordering. I would like some suggestions on how make the site run a little faster and also help increase conversions. I am in need of some real help and if someone knows what to do I will pay them to get my site up to par and running smoothly. Lastly although I do not think it is a big thing. The links at the bottom of the site need edited and I can not figure out were to go to edit them. I also think that I should look into another theme but would like some suggestions on this as well.
nobynator
Why did you switch in the first place? And why using boring standard theme?
cforell
Volusion was costing me $500 per month. I had a different template and I lost it in the upgrade.
nobynator
You should pay someone to make you a decent template. I would not buy from a store looking like that.
cforell
I agree on look. But the thing is I have over 99% abandoned carts so the problem lies somewhere in the cart. I am working on a new look though as well.
josephandersson
Have you figured out if the problem with abandoned carts is a technical problem or design-related problem?
