Is it possible to change block headings?

For example: "Categories" to "Browse by Category", "Tags" to "Customer Tags"

Anyone know how?

Check file blockcategories.tpl under blockcategories module, check line number 6 and move

{l s='Categories' mod='blockcategories'}

to

{l s='Browse By Categories' mod='blockcategories'}

Check tpl files in each module to change their headings

Rather than messing with the templates, could you not have simply changed the language?

backoffice>>tools>>translations

Then in frontoffice translations chooses modules, scroll down to blockcategories then the last field which is categories, just change to Browse by categories. Then you have flexibility to use languages and any modules updates do not overwrite your changes
