foxes
I uploaded images for several products, .jpg format in 800x800px.The thumbnails in the back office display fine, the images also load when i double click, but not on the front end. There is the little blue box with the question mark, and upon double click etc it displays 'The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later'. I was trawling the back end for any settings which could be the problem but no idea! Am not experienced in looking at code but can give it a try...thanks for any hints! (I installed version 1.4.0.17, Apache server)
P2Webdesign
HiWhat URL (http://www.Yourwebsite.com/img/image-name.jpg for example) is the image being linked to (right click where image should be and look at properties). It sound like the path to the image cannot be found.
foxes
Hi, the link says www.mywebsite.com/prestashop/img/p/imagename.jpg - do you think the /p/ could be the problem? How could i solve this? (it also says "additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request") Thanks!!
foxes
Hi can someone help with my images please... may be something super simple but i really can't figure it out!! upgraded to the newest version now, everything seems fine except that the images are still not displaying. They are on the server in the www.mysite/prestashop/img/p/ folder, i can see them listed with the correct size in kb. The link when control-clicking an empty image field in the front end shop reads: .../prestashop/img/p/6/0/60-large.jpg (i think the name of this image is: 14-60-large product.jpg, which isn't the same in the link?) I uploaded them normally via the back end, and regenerated the thumbnails too etc.... thanks for any help!
