I go to the my account area and see the pdf of the invoice to download and to the left there is a link to download the file purchased. I click on that and I get (You reached the maximum number allowed downloads) Im sure it is something simple to fix but im un-able to fine the fix. Please help.StacyK[email protected]Thanks a bunch. StacyK
Has far as the downloading of files that I would be selling this also keeps giving the same note too.... ( You have reached your maximum number allowed downloads ) when im signed as a user. and i go into my account.Im sure both are simple to fix. But where the fix is I can't find.Cheers,
qasrani
I am really confused pals, as I just tried and it worked. It was a matter of bit complication where to get download link as it was available only in invoice and no where else. But when I downloaded, it came directly without any further problems. May be any experienced user can help?If you do a trial, which is put a useless product with 0.00 € price on it and some one from here tries to download and then we see what comes out? StacyK
Ok, I set it at $0 and I was able to download BUT?, It is downloading as a html file not the file I uploaded.I had a co-worker tell me also to fix the php5.isi fold to a higher value but I have not a clue where to look and what to do with this.Is there a attribute setting for download files as well? This is driving me crazy. Once I get this set and fixed I will work on the livezilla issue the is not working fo me as well. Cheers, stacy
qasrani
Are you trying to download it with right click-save target as or do you try to download simply by clicking the file link?My suggestion of putting 0 price was in this context that if I or some one else from forum tries to see how it works, we do not need to pay? Would you like to share the link of free product?

qasrani
Hi, Thanks for sharing link. I have downloaded file. It came with htm extension. But I renamed file from .htm to .exe and I could install it. May be the file you are uploading is having wrong extension?? Try uploading another file with right extension (part of file name after ".")

kaiser101
I have the same problem: uploading files in pdf format for sale, but the customer gets the file only with an html/htm extension. So far there is no answer to the problem in this thread. Any ideas?
