Using the same module twice in the same hook

Hi,
I've just created a 'generic text' module, where I can write text or HTML code. I need to show this module twice in the hooktop, with two different texts.
How can I do that?

first of all it is not very clear what exactly you want

if you want same module in same hook with two different text it seems impossible you can replicate your module then you would be able to show two different text with same hook position

I'm tried doing this before with varying levels of success. I just copied the entire module and replaced all the names

If you rename the module & upload it again it should work, so you'll have 2 blocks the same but with different names:
Module: generic text 1
Module: generic text 2
