Next Button on shipping page of shopping cart not appearing

We recently upgraded to 1.4.3 and have received orders successfully but some customers (some of whom have successfully ordered before) reach the shipping page option of the check out only to find no "next" button to go any further forward.
Not good
please advise!

in that case, I guess there is no shipping option available for the customer to choose.
maybe you have an issue with shipping configuration.
shipping related customer group, location, and so on.

if the problem happens again, ask detailed information from your customer and try to reproduce the problem so that you can figure out and fix it.
