shokinro Posted July 17, 2011 Share Posted July 17, 2011 in that case, I guess there is no shipping option available for the customer to choose.maybe you have an issue with shipping configuration.shipping related customer group, location, and so on.if the problem happens again, ask detailed information from your customer and try to reproduce the problem so that you can figure out and fix it.please check here for more infomration on this topic.
