I have 2 "Form" questions. Can I get some help?

When clicking on "Contact" The form that is to be filled out needs to be edited for my site. Is there a simple way to edit this form? If so, how can I do it?

I have a category listed on the site for custom built products. What Id like to do is when a customer clicks on that link, they are taken to a form to fill out with all the choices for their custom product. Does Prestashop have a form builder? How do I build a form in Prestashop?

You can pretty much forget getting help on here for doing a form!! After checking around, I found "jotform" http://www.jotform.com/

You create the form there, then cut/paste code into your site. I tried it and it works great for me.

 

Unfortunately, I had to abandon prestashop and go with zencart as check out and godaddy don't seem to want to work together and I can't get any help on that either! To bad, I liked Prestashop for the most part.

I checked out jotform.com too.

 

Was really impressed with what I saw.

They have a FREE basic plan but even the first level premium plan of 10 bucks a month is reasonable.

All the validation messages and transaction confirmation messages are editable so multilanguage issues

shouldnt be a problem.
