Moving Search bar to a new hook PS V1.43

Hi, I am trying to move the search bar onto a new hook that I have created on Version 1.43 but it does not work.

The module appears correctly in the within the module position in the back office, but does not appear in the shop front!

My theme with the hook worked fine in V1.36 but does not work in V1.43

Does anyone have any suggestions?


The theme is a copy from my other shop.

I have attached two photos showing what I would like to achieve; and one picture showing the hook displayed in the module positions.
