How to manage Newsletter Subscribers and Send Newsletters

Hi!

I'm new to PrestaShop and my site has a newsletter block so people can sign up for the newsletter. I have figured out how to download a .csv file of the people who have done this. However there are three questions I cannot answer:
1) How do I delete a person who no longer wants to receive our newsletter?
2) Am I to build a newsletter externally and use the csv file to mail out our newsletter or is there another way PrestaShop does this from the Administration Panel that i haven't found yet?
3) If I AM supposed to build a newsletter and email to all the people using the csv file - how do I get the CUSTOMERS who have REGISTERED to show up on the csv file?

This module is the one I advice you to buy since there is no build-in feature for newsletter in prestashop.

But there is a Newsletter Block to allow people who don’t register as customers, to subscribe to our newsletter. These people don’t appear on the Customer list and the Customers don’t appear on the .CSV file created by the native Newsletter Module.

Does anyone have any ideas how to manage (i.e. unsubscribe) the guest subscribers? And how to get the Customers to appear in the .csv file?

Generates a .CSV file for mass mailings
