[SOLVED] Theme help! none of my installed themes work!

Hi all,

I am new to Prestashop and am excited about what it can do, but I have hit a major snag - none of the themes I install work! I get a white page with just text and all the modules are out of place. I have used the theme installer and I have made sure that the themes are for my version (1.4). Has anyone got any ideas as to where I am going wrong?

Hi,

If the default theme is working, so the problem is the extra themes.
You should ask to the dev, if there is support.

Hi,

The default theme is working (although I have a big white space at the top....) and I have tried several themes from diff developers and none of them are working - they seem to install OK, but they just wont show up in any browser! Im wondering if there is an option I haven't ticked, or if there is something I need to do to get them to display properly!

Hi,

Thanks so much for the offer - but I have finally figured out what was wrong! I had to open up all the permissions for the theme files so that it could be viewed! I now have a page that works, and I can start to play with it.
