[Error] Preferences and CMS error! Please help!

Hi, all! I have a two problems.

1. When I select Preferences and change the chek "Offer gift-wrapping" and select Time Zone "Europe/Sofia" and save this - get an error "Assign a valid CMS page if you want it to be read."

2. When I select Tools >> CMS and Add a new page:
CMS Category: Home
Meta title: Info
Friendly URL: information
Enable: YES

Get an error "An error occurred while creating object. cms (Unknown column 'position' in 'field list')"

With these two errors I can not change anything in Preferences and CMS.
Please help me!
