How can I the categorie on the top (horinzotal) and separate the sub categorie

Dear all,

I have a requierement.

Actually, the categoty bloc is on the right column. If I add a subcategory , it is displayed below it parent category.

I need to have the main category on the top of my page and at the horizontal.

Then I also need to separete the sub-categorie, to have it on the right column.

is there possible to do it?

Main priority is to have the category at the horizontal )
