spring00 Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hi I've been trying to buy a theme via the prestashop add-ons shop with no joy so I've ended up buying the theme (called Destiny) direct from the developer's own website. This was yesterday. I really need the theme asap but I've not heard anything and he isnt answering my PMs. I've bought themes in the past and had them delivered to my inbox straight away. I know I probably sound a bit stupid but should I wait a little longer? My mate has told me I've been conned but I dont think so. Any advice? There are plenty of free themes that look like that and even better in my opinion- hopefully you purchased the theme with a credit card and you can dispute the charge- find a reputable theme seller here or contact ejectcore or prestashopic or presto-changeo. Dapur pixel just release a killer theme on smashing magazine called velvet sky- you can modify the background and css to suit your needs. hope it all works out for you- let us know if you have issues Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So if you think there was some error, you can always contact us again. We try to satisfy our customers to 100% and to provide quality support.
