Shipping cost in cart

Logged in customer, adds products, shipping cost=0:-
Is this a bug?
I'd prefer that even not logged in customers should see a preliminary shipping cost, but in that case I can understand if the default is to not show it.
Any tips?

I tried adding 2 items to the cart on your site & the cart block showed shipping at 0 (zero)
But when I clicked cart it did not show the shipping cost or even the shipping title.
You should be able to see the shipping cost even if you are not logged in.

Definitely looks like a shipping configuration problem in the back office, are you sure the carriers, countries, price / weight ranges etc. are set up correctly?
