Xavier Borderie
Hi everyone! It is with great pleasure that I can now announce the availability of what I've been working on for the past few weeks: the update of the PrestaShop English documentation to v1.4, along with a new website (which used to only host the web-service documentation).Without further ado, here is the definitive URL:http://doc.prestashop.com/(some of you might already have noticed the new "Doc" link in this website's menu )Currently, we have the following documentation available:* Getting Started* Updating PrestaShop* User Guide* System Administrator Guide* Designer Guide* Troubleshooting* FAQ...along with a page dedicated to the fantastic work done by community members so far! We'll keep working on this documentation, in order to bring more information to you!Do not hesitate to let us know of anything you might have to say about it: mistakes, typos, inconsistencies, omissions... I'm ready for anything! (and I've already spotted a few omissions, which will be iron out soon)Let's make this better!
vt
Good news,Is it available in PDF too ?
rocky
One thing I noticed in the FAQ is the "How do I re-order categories on my Front Office?" question says to add number prefixes to order categories, but you can no longer do that in PrestaShop v1.4. Although it may be appropriate in v1.3.7 and earlier documentation, it isn't for PrestaShop v1.4 documentation. Thanks for linking to my PrestaShop Development Guide by the way. Xavier Borderie
*vt*: it should soon be available as a PDF. Probably next week.*rocky*: you have excellent eye-sight! I guess I forgot to filter this one out when copying the FAQ from the wiki. It's gone now, thanks for noticing!

Xavier Borderie
Ah, I knew I'd get burned by this I'm currently working on it, guys, and didn't want to have the world witness my live-editing But I understand there's a need, so I have moved my currently-in-work section elsewhere, and let you all access it freely again. Sorry for the inconvenience!
