FreqITA
When ordering the last item (product with quantity set to 1) I get this message at the end of the checkout process. Error - The following email template is missing: en/productoutofstock.txt.How do i get/setup the email template being referred to?RESOLUTION1. Uninstall the Mail Alerts module through the back end in the Modules section.2. Reinstall it using the same process. After this you might get an error when you or a customer finishes the Checkout process. In this case you would,3. Change the permissions for your Mail folder to allow more access. The mail folder should be located in: (yourdomain.com/nameofshop/MAIL.)wow, so simple huh? Tried this but doesn't work. I always have the missing email template error about new_order.txt.I tried with file permission set to 755 recursively and 777 but nothing seems to change. If I make an order in italian I get no error message but also no emails sent to the customer and to the shop.If I make it in english I receive the message above.tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. :-(
spott
Look your mailalerts directory. Is it writable by webserver? These e-mails are not stored under /mails but under modules\mailalerts\mails
FreqITA
mmm...I have the module folder all set to755 because if I leave it in 777 nothing seems to work, I mean the bankwire, COD and cheque modules. When I try to make a payment i have this message : HTTP 500 – Internal server error. So I discovered on the italian forum that some servers have restriction on the 777 permission, and this seems to be my case, in fact when I change to 755 all the modules folder, the payment page is ok I can choose one. BUT as kyrre said : I discovered why mails are failing. By some reason the /countrycode/ folder does not copy it self. In my case I copied /mails/en/ to /mails/no/ and translated the text. This I had to do for all modules with a /mails/ folder. To clarify:Copy modules/module_name/mails/en/tomodules/module_name/mails/it/It worked for me it worked for him but not for me.Any other suggestion? spott
You need to have 755 permissions due security at some hosting providers. But have You checked - is modules\mailalerts\mails\en folder with files in Your server or not.
Ayumi
The problem is easy to see: everything should be / and not \ which happens at this problem at everything after the modules folder in the adress.
