quicker way to add Attributes and Groups to products already added

Firstly, hello. 1st post so apologies if in wrong place.<br/><br/>After starting the adding of products we now find we want to add additional option to all products (most) but hate the idea of having to go through adding new Attributes and Groups to each and every combination.<br/><br/>What I need to do is to add a "print on front or rear" option to every product. I know how to do it through Attributes and Groups but as I've said it will take alot of grunt work.<br/><br/>Can anyone advise on a simpler method.<br/><br/>Here's a link of a product to help you understand the problem.<br/><br/>http://www.smartteez.com/eshop/en/barcode/64-girls-deaddubs-barcode-street-hoodie.html<br/><br/>I'd like to be able to add once per product not combinations. Though of using the "Add or modify customizable properties" but all that seems to do is add a text box which I guess I can force the buyer to enter "front or back" into it - not ideal really.<br/><br/>Thanks for any help and advice.<br/>Colin.
