My "new order" email showing incorrect prices

hi,

I created two groups in one of my sites.
One "retail" and one "wholesale".
Each group of customers see the same catalog (duplicated), but the prices change obviously.
Weird part is, when a wholesaler logs in, he sees the correct catalog and prices. Goes to checkout and pays the correct amount, but the email I receive (You've a new order from John Doe.) shows the retail prices instead of the correct ones.
Obviously the email received with the new order does show the correct group catalog.
If this a known issue? How can I fix this?
