myaffordablemed Posted July 8, 2011 Share Posted July 8, 2011 When I get a new order on the backoffice part of prestashop, I can't switch the status from payment accepted to "shipped". I keep on getting "Invalid delivery number" message. This just started about a week and I have never had this problem before. Go to the back office. - click on the Orders tab. - click on Delivery Slips. - scroll down to the Delivery Number field - verify that you have a valid integer number in that text box. If you don't have a valid integer number, then change it to the number of your choosing. This should be the next delivery number that follows your last successful "shipped" order. Good luck! agentu007 Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 (edited) Same problem using Prestashop 1.4.8.2 Romanian language and solved after Hoopty wrote the solution. The number was 0 and generated an error but after changed to 1 has worked for me. Thank you.
