Invalid delivery number

When I get a new order on the backoffice part of prestashop, I can't switch the status from payment accepted to "shipped". I keep on getting "Invalid delivery number" message. This just started about a week and I have never had this problem before. I currently have Version 1.3.1.1 - 0.686s If anyone can help me out I appreciate!

Hi myaffordablemed. I think this should fix your problem. Go to the back office.

- click on the Orders tab.

- click on Delivery Slips.

- scroll down to the Delivery Number field

- verify that you have a valid integer number in that text box.

 

If you don't have a valid integer number, then change it to the number of your choosing. This should be the next delivery number that follows your last successful "shipped" order.
