Impossible to have access to back office

Hi,

I hope I'm in the right place to ask for help...

Like the title explains, I can't get access to my back office anymore, even with the right password.
So, I've asked for a new password 3 times, didn't get it the 2 first times and finally got one today... unfortunately, it doesn't work either.

My site is hosted by Planet Hoster, and for some reason they recently changed all the IP adresses and I couldn't acces my front office either. They gave me a new IP and link for both my front and back office and since that happened I don't seem to be recognised by Prestashop...
Has anyone any idea of what I can do about it?

I contacted the Prestashop team through their contact link but I've had no reply so far...

Can anybody help here?
