original-source meta tags

Hi - am wondering if there is a way to include extra meta tags Prestashop pages. We have a site that has a lot of original content copied by others and would like to establish 'ownership' in Google. The use of these tags is supposed to help Google work out the original URL of the content

<meta name="original-source" content="http://www.mysite.com/original_page_url">

Would the header.tpl be best place for this? How would I make reference to 'original_page_url'?
