Making a voucher that limits shipping choices.

Hello All,

Could someone please help me, I wish to make a discount voucher that only applies to when someone makes a large order let say over $4,000.00 and gives them a 20% discount but then limit their shipping options so that they can only use our free non-express post as I also wish to provide another voucher that is only 10% off but gives free express shipping.

I'm willing to buy an add-on as long as it is compatible with Prestashop v1.4
