xertion Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 Hello fellows. Im having a big carrier problem. I have 3 Carriers and 6 Zones. Every Zone for every country that the shop ship to. 2 of the Carriers is only supposed to work in Sweden.1 of the Carriers is supposed to work in all countries except Sweden.I have made sure that the correct Zones are checked in the settings for each carrier.However... When I'm trying to shop with a user that got an adress in a country outside of Sweden. I still see the Swedish Carriers, and I don't see the only carrier that was checked for all those zones outside of Sweden.If I go back to my Carriers settings, and check "Sweden" for this carrier, it shows up. So it seems as even though the address is set to a foreign country, the carriers still think that the Zone being used is Sweden. However, there is one difference when the foreign address is used. The pricing for all carriers are changed to "Free". Except for the one where we specified the foreign pricing... So; it seems as if the shop prints carriers availble in Sweden (Even if the address is set to ex Finland). But the pricing is retrieved from the country of the address.Anyone recognize this?Please help.---Regarding the attached images. Notice that the address of the customer is set to FINLAND.
