Can customers pay monthly for all items bought in that month

Recommended Posts

I have a customer who would like to move to Prestashop and wonders if the following is available for him?

I hope that I can explain it clearly - putting credit and account into Google does not give me the required answers I want!
He has a number of existing customers who would like to purchase items throughout the month as they need them, and pay for all the invoices together at the end of the month - a "credit" account.

So, for those customers who have this facility, ( and not all would get it - customer configuration??) they would see at checkout "add to my account" or "pay account now".
During the month, they purchase 5 items and "add to my account" on each occasion and then the shop owner sends them an invoice / they return and "pay account now".

Clear? It's how a number of traditional offline businesses trade, just not sure if PS can do it, or if anyone has made a module for it.

Here's hoping.

I propose 2 modules that may answer your need :

-- Module PayDiff :
It allows the customers to place order and to pay later.
You can configure globally or per customer account, the maximum debit they can have and the delay to be paid for each order.

-- Module prepaid account :
It manages an cash account for each customer. Nominal behavior is the credit the account then to place several orders using the available amount.
It is possible to allow a negative amount in each account : the customer can then place orders an pay later.
When site administrator receives the payment, he creates a credit line from the back office. Or possibility to credit by credit card from the front office

Demos available on :

Hi there

Module PayDiff looks like the module I am looking for. However, the demo2 link does not have this payment method enabled, only pay by cheque and pay by bank wire.
Could you enable and I will go in and demo again please.

Many thanks.
