T-bird
Several customers were complaining the Paypal redirect wasn't working so I went in and reinstalled the API settings but it just kept throwing a "not a valid installation" message. I tried resetting and disabling/enabling several times but it still wouldn't work. I re-uploaded the module via ftp but still no joy. Finally in desperation I deleted it then downloaded it from the module catalogue. Now however when I try to upload the zip file from the back office I just keep getting an "Error while extracting module (file may be corrupted)" message. Any idea how I can fix this? I need to get this sorted asap before I start losing customers! I'm using Prestashop 1.4.3.0 by the way.Thanks,Andywww.thunderbirdmodels.co.uk
T-bird
Okay, after a great deal of messing about I finally got Paypal reinstalled and configured with the API settings. However it is appearing in the "Other Modules" list and not in "Payments & Gateways" where it should be. The Paypal option has also disappeared from the payment tab and from the front office as a payment option. Anyone know how I can get this working again? Thanks,Andy
