Anyone recommend the best bug-free source of 1.4 templates?

Hi I'm a newbie here. I'm building a new site and I want to find a template which will be the easiest to change. I like the Matrice template but I see a lot of posts from people who have had problems with it. I dont mind paying for a template but I want to make sure I am not buying a template with lots of bugs. Otherwise I need to choose a seller who offers good back support but do they exist? Am I better off sticking to the templates sold by Prestashop? Are they bug-free? I was even thinking of paying someone to build me a new template but I'm worried about after sale care i.e. will they help me with any problems? I'd love to hear your opinions on this issue.
