babyewok Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 I was suddenly having problems changing the Preferences in the BO and found that if I disabled the cache (I had it enabled, using File System, directory depth: 1) then the problem stopped.When the cache was enabled, any changes that I made to the Preferences tab would not be updated in the FO or BO, even though I got a 'Saved successfully' message.Is this really how it is supposed to work? Having to enable and disable it everytime we want to change the preferences in the Back Office ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
