On the 26th I sent an enquiry via their contact formula but have still not got a reply. 24 hours ago I sent an email and have not got a reply. I tried to find a phone number on their website but their is not one.This seems shockingly bad for a service that is supporting e-commerce shops. If they can't reply to sales enquiries I have serious concerns about their ability to solve problems for existing customers.Has anyone had a positive experience with PrestaBox ?Thanks, Mark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mark2 Posted June 30, 2011 Author Share Posted June 30, 2011 I did not notice that. I guess it may not be visible if they are not online. I just tried to start a chat - but the reply took 3 minutes ! That might be classified as a chat in the 1800's ... But I did get a message with a phone number. I had sent a couple of question and they found them.It seems PrestaBox is not suited to what I want.
