Problem Importing products

Good evening,

i was trying to import products from Excell CSV, I selected the correct colums and I pressed IMPORT CSV and after that... I read:

1.Energy Tablet i504 It cant be loaded
2.Product -> weight = 0,76Product->available_now longitud > 255 because language

Anyone knows why?
