fancydressqueen
Hi Guys,Ive just upgraded my prestashop from an older version of prestashop (can't remember which one) to 1.4.3 and I have hit a host of issues.1. My images will only display if I set Friendly URL to Off and generate a new .htaccess file, though none of my category pages are found and instead display "We're sorry, but the Web address you entered is no longer available". If I have the Friendly URL On I lose the images and the category pages are found, though none of the products are displayed.I have tried to regenerate the image thumbnails and it times out every time.2. Google sitemap won't generate, it just goes to a blank screen once I click on generate sitemapPlease help me to resolve these issues urgently as I am without a business selling platform for now.Thank you. fancydressqueen
The same issue happens even after I clear the cache. When I enable Friendly URLs I get (for example) http://www.otleyrunfancydress.co.uk/en/50-country-fancy-dress-costumes but without pictures, but with Friendly URL disabled I get http://www.otleyrunfancydress.co.uk/category.php?id_category=50 with the images. fancydressqueen
Can I edit the .htaccess file to point towards the correct web address as currently I have http://www.otleyrunfancydress.co.uk/en/ where before it was a different url without the "en" I believe. Could this be the problem or would the .htaccess file pick up on that?

fancydressqueen
Same issue here.I have just received this response from my host company when I requested that they increase my php memory limit:Dear Customer,You can manage all PHP settings with the help of your local php.ini file. In order to use it, you need to create a php.ini file under the folder with your PHP scripts, with the necessary PHP settings. For example, if you need to change the memory_limit for one of your scripts under your public_html to 64M you should create a php.ini file under the folder with the following content: memory_limit = 64MIm not sure if this helps as I have just tried to create it and it does nothing, though I don't know if I did it correctly. Let me know if it works for you and how you did it.

fancydressqueen
I have VPS and they tell me it is an issue with my end, not the server. I will ask the tech guys on my bug report as I have a few other issues that already need sorting.Very annoying as this all worked perfectly in version 1.3.1.
