[Solved] Product list page shows funky code where my categories should be over the links. HELP PLEASE

This is the funky code.. not sure where this is coming from. Found similiar code in category.tpl but can not find any errors in the code.. nothing missing that I can tell... strange that this code appears right on top of my sub categorys:

That code comes from the category.tpl file, if you open it up and scroll to around line 60 it should look like the image attached.

Perhaps one of the 'a href' tags needs closing or has been deleted?
