Page appears blank after clicking NEXT

I'm using Prestashop v1.4.3. Everything worked fine until I encountered one problem.

When I click NEXT on my website, nothing appears.

How do I solve this problem?

solution, go to the back office, select the module "blocklayered" and simply turn it off

drain on the FTP, the cache and compile

and work on my site

Another problem is, when I add the Catalog tab in Prestashop, it appears to be on the left of my website when I want the tabs to appear on the top of the website.

How do I change the positions of the tabs?

I couldn't find module "blocklayered', that's the problem.

Go to: yourwebsite/config/config.inc.php here on line #29 will find this:

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');

change it to

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

Go and click next and if it will appear a blank page it will appear the error that is causing this. Copy and paste that error here.

I've done as what u told me to do.

Use FTP for this. On the root of your website you will find this folder "config" and inside this config.inc.php. Download this file on your machine, open it with Dreamweaver or Notepad and change the lines as I have written above.
