Separate email address for order status

Hi there,

Is it possible to have a separate email address that sends out the order status emails instead of using the customer service 'info' email?

For example, if email order status updates are sent from [email protected] and the all other customer service emails to be sent to/from [email protected]


Is this possible?

by default, order related email are sent to shop email address which is set at

back office - Preferenece tab - Contact Info tab

And you can set different email for contact us page

back office - Employees tab - Contacts tab

I assume you are using PreestaShop 1.4
