Wrong frieght cost when choosing only one product with a weight under one kilo (kg)

Hi!

When choosing a product with a weight below one (1) kilo (kg) the cost of the freight shipping is calculated wrong - and is to high. E.g if the price is 0.016 kg or 0.2 kg.

But when choosing more of the same product, the shipping cost rate is calculated correctly and is going down to a reasonably level.

I cant find what I have done wrong. The problem might have come with the latest 1.4.x series of PS. I'm using 1.4.3 right now.
