USPS module did not install or did not install properly

I am setting up a test shop in a WAMP environment. Everything is looking good except when I tried to install the USPS module I did not get the indication that it installed. However when I look at carriers I see a bunch of USPS logos and options. Did this install or did it not install properly. I have no option to setup my USPS account info. I see ps_USPS table in the database. There is no uninstall button for USPS only install. Can I simply drop the ps_USPS tables? Are there other tables that I need to drop?
